DBT for Partners, Family and Friends

This twelve-week group program is designed specifically for those supporting someone with emotional dysregulation or engaging in DBT. It is aimed at teaching supporters to learn how to be more effective in interacting with a loved one who is suffering from emotion dysregulation.

Each weekly session is co-facilitated by two experienced DBT-trained clinicians and focuses solely on skills training.

DBT for Partners, Famiily and Friends is based on the DBT program developed by Dr Marsha Linehan as well as the work by Corinne Stoewsand. DBT is supported by more than 30 years of research (including randomised controlled trials).
