Groups run on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6.00pm to 8.30pm

and on Thursdays during the day from 11am to 1.30pm

Mindfulness and Distress Tolerance - 18 October to 12 December 2021 

Mindfulness and Interpersonal Effectiveness - 17 January to 13 March 2022
