Dialectical behaviour therapy is psychological therapy developed for clients who feel out of control in managing their emotions

This is a 48-week program delivered over 14 months. The program involves weekly individual therapy,

a weekly skills-training group

and phone coaching.

This is a 24-week program delivered over 6 months. It involves weekly individual therapy for the adolescent, and a weekly skills-training group and phone coaching for both adolescent and caregiver(s).

This is a 12-week skills-based program where you are taught DBT skills in the context of supporting your loved one.
