Your health and the health of our clinicians is our priority. We understand that our service is crucial to our community.
Clients are respectfully asked to not attend in-person if:
-
They have tested positive for COVID-19
-
They have any of the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat;
-
They have been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in the past 14 days;
-
They have had a test for COVID-19 and are waiting for the result;
-
Clients unable to attend in person will be offered the opportunity to attend online for both their individual and group sessions.
The following precautions taken as advised by the health department continue:
-
We have increased the frequency of cleaning of the therapy rooms, common areas and bathrooms. We regularly use disinfectant spray and wipe door handles and hard surfaces.
-
Seating in our waiting area has been spaced.
-
All individual sessions are strictly 50 minutes in duration to reduce the number of people in the common areas and to allow for cleaning between sessions.
-
All payments and Medicare rebates are processed online to minimise physical contact.
-
All clients are respectfully encouraged to use hand sanitiser at the entrance to the clinic.
